3 Day Honoring Your Grief: Heart Healing Wellness Retreat
It can be a challenge to find a safe, healthy, and nurturing space to explore one's grief, in a grief-illiterate world. Grief, though, needs to be lovingly and fully tended to, whether it is a recent loss or a much older, unhealed wound.
Grief can result from the death of a loved one to the loss of a partnership to the pain of a traumatic event; healing our grief always requests our full participation.
With grief there is nothing to solve or move past, only to honor and integrate. Emotions from grief are neither negative nor positive, they are simply a reflection of the love that seeks non-judgmental witnessing and full expression. With that approach, we employ a variety of innovative, effective and well-researched tools for navigating the unpredicatable and unexpected feeings that grief produces.
From our somatic-based exercises, grief yoga classes, nondual coaching and meditations, and range of biofeedback and virtual reality technologies, we provide a multi-faceted approach tailored to your individual needs.
We also draw upon your spiritual or humanistic framework to create memorable rituals and practices that can help to bring meaning to your grief journey.
This retreat is all-inclusive, year-round, and offers opportunities for extensions and additional packages.
