This class is especially recommended for people who have developed a stiffness in their hips and lower back. 

This Yin Yoga Flow for Hips class targets the hip joints, hip flexors (psoas muscle) and fascia. Long-held stresses targeting these area help improve your range on motion in your legs and hips, thus benefitting the overall health and wellbeing.

Everyone can benefit from a yin yoga class!
Yin yoga is great for:
- everybody! (really)
- deep relaxation after a busy day
- restorative exercise after heavy exercise (CrossFit, kickboxing, martial arts, running etc)
- pregnant women (ask your doctor before starting with yoga)
- juniors and seniors
- people with restricted levels of movement and those recovering or living with an injury

Class will be held mainly in ENGLISH, however Estonian explanations will be given if needed :)

Triin is a certified Multi-style Yoga Instructor, RYT 200 at Yoga Alliance and a certified psychotherapist and hypnotherapist. Originally from Estonia she has spent most of the last two decades living in the USA where she first learned about the power of meditation and self hypnosis, and in London, UK where she fine tuned her skills as a therapist. After training as a yoga teacher in Goa, India she likes to marry the calmness and quiet of Yin Yoga with her experience in self-hypnosis and meditation in her classes. To capture this unique combination she created Yin with Triin. 

Yin with Triin classes are suitable for all levels of yoga, from beginners to more experienced yogis and yoginis.

****What happens in the Yin with Triin yoga class?****

Please wear comfortable clothing that allows your body to stretch and relax. We have yoga mats, cushions and blankets at the studio but feel free to bring your own favourite piece of yoga equipment if you wish.

Yin with Triin class is generally held in English, however, if necessary, explanations can be given in Estonian. I will also demonstrate all the poses.

Most yin yoga poses are done on the floor either sitting or laying on the mat. Postures (asanas) are held for 3 minutes or longer, depending on the pose and your level of experience. Triin will guide you through it in the class. The goal is to find a point of stillness in body, mind and breath.

During the postures I will offer meditative guidance to help you go deeper within your body and mind.

After the class I invite you to slowly adjust to reality and take it easy on yourself. Embrace the stillness of mind and the energy you will have awakened within yourself in the class. It is truly an enjoyable experience to find harmony and peace!
